Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter (Saudi) role based in Riyadh.

The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job requisition intake, role briefing with hiring managers, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions.

Daily tasks include building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks, and ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage.

The role also involves preparing and presenting candidate shortlists, coordinating interviews and assessments, supporting offer preparation and negotiation, and ensuring timely onboarding handover to HR operations.

The Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, support employer branding activities and hiring events, and ensure recruitment practices comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support) within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills using job portals, social media, professional networks, and local market channels in Saudi Arabia.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, including partnering with hiring managers, clarifying role requirements, and providing market insights.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical fit and behavioral competencies.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment best practices, including compliance, documentation, and fair hiring standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, to work effectively with local and international stakeholders.
