About the Role

  • We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to build brand visibility, engagement, and growth across digital platforms.
  • The role requires someone who understands content, social trends, influencer ecosystems, digital campaigns, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on consumer tech, lifestyle, gaming, or youth brands.
  • Key Responsibilities

1-Social Media Management

A- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

B-Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns and launches.

2-Digital Marketing & Campaigns

A-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness, product launches, lead generation, and sales conversion.

B- Manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.

3-Influencer & Creator Partnerships

A-Identify and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and gaming/lifestyle communities.

B- Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, approvals, and performance tracking.

C-Build micro and mid-tier influencer networks for scalable engagement.

4-Analytics & Reporting

A- Track and analyze social media and digital marketing performance.

B- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

C- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO platforms for optimization.

• Desired Skills & Qualifications

· 2–5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.

· Strong understanding of social media trends and youth culture.

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

·

Experience

in influencer marketing and creator collaborations.

· Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong copywriting and communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance.

·

Experience

in consumer tech, smartphones, gaming, lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred.
