The role supports end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Recruitment responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for property consultants, real estate agents, and internal support roles.
- Source candidates, publish job advertisements, screen CVs and applications, shortlist applicants, and conduct initial screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups; build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and applicant records.
- Liaise with candidates and hiring managers, coordinate offers and onboarding documentation, and support employer branding campaigns.
- Track hiring progress and reports; provide a positive candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience; real estate recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal abilities, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to manage multiple vacancies.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn; fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Dubai-based candidates with immediate availability are preferred.
