Requirements
- 3–4 years of recruitment experience in Dubai and a good understanding of the local recruitment market.
- Ability to source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and confident when dealing with candidates; comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience recruiting for real estate or property sales roles is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract real estate talent; screen and interview candidates.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and maintain a talent pool.
- Support HR activities, recruitment administration, and company growth through hiring.
