Recruiter – Engineering & Support Services Hiring
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both Engineering and Support Services functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical recruitment, volume hiring, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and driving positions to closure within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for Engineering roles such as Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, Network Engineering, and Infrastructure.
- Manage volume hiring for Support Services roles including Technical Support, Service Desk, NOC, Customer Support, and Team Leads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Conduct recruiter screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Drive candidate engagement to minimize offer dropouts and improve joining ratios.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and closure rates.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Looking For
- 4–8 years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering hiring.
- Experience handling Support Services or volume hiring requirements.
- Proven track record of independently managing multiple positions simultaneously.
- Experience working in IT Services, Product Engineering, GCC, or Technology organizations.
Technical Skills
- Engineering and Technology hiring experience.
- Volume hiring experience for support functions.
- Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking systems.
- Skilled in candidate screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.
- Knowledge of hiring for Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Networking, and Support Services roles.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capability.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Experience in campus hiring and bulk recruitment drives.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and dashboards.
- Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing and recruitment tools.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR Management.
- Experience hiring across multiple geographies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Working Hours: General shift with flexibility to support business and stakeholder requirements.
- May require coordination with global stakeholders across different time zones as per business needs
