The Recruiter is responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle and acts as a client brand ambassador.
The role focuses on delivering talent, communicating search status proactively, and advising hiring leaders on talent acquisition.
Work location
- The stated work location is Dubai or Saudi Arabia.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead hiring-manager intake meetings, determine position specifications, and provide market data and recommendations.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidates, deliver candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Support offer recommendations using market data and compensation guidelines.
- Provide consultative talent acquisition expertise to hiring leaders.
Position requirements
- High school diploma.
- Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
