Cielo Recruiter is responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle and acts as a client brand ambassador.
The recruiter focuses on delivering talent, communicating search status proactively, and advising hiring leaders on talent acquisition.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to set position specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidates against position requirements, deliver candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
- Keep candidates informed with timely progress updates.
- Advise hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
Position requirements
- High school diploma.
- Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
