The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Recruiter to join our healthcare team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top healthcare talent to support our organization's commitment to excellence in patient care and medical services. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications. - Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to advertise vacancies and reach potential candidates. - Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the healthcare industry. - Strong understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with attention to detail. - Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Familiarity with UAE labor laws and employment conditions. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. - High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
