Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of teams and roles company-wide, from job posting through offer
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and other creative channels, using AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent more efficiently
• Leverage AI tools to streamline resume screening, candidate research, and outreach personalization, while applying good judgment to ensure fairness and accuracy
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams alike
• Help create a fabulous candidate experience by communicating clearly, warmly, and promptly at every touchpoint
• Keep our applicant tracking system meticulously updated in real time, ensuring accurate candidate status and pipeline data
• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles across departments
• Be an ambassador of Elation Health's mission and core values throughout the candidate journey
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline data, using AI-powered dashboards or reporting tools where available to flag trends or bottlenecks to the team
• Stay current on emerging AI recruiting tools and best practices, and help evaluate new technologies that could improve our hiring process
• Take on special projects to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience as you grow in the role
• Partner across both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, leveraging periods between active hiring cycles to contribute to core HR programs, retention strategies, and team development
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Effective communication with hiring teams
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI sourcing platforms) to work smarter and more efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail -- you take pride in keeping records accurate and up-to-date
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and calendars in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow your career over time
• Experience with HR (Generalist, Employer Relations) strongly preferred
• Salary range: $85,000-100,000
