About This Role

We are hiring a Records and Documentation Specialist to manage, organize, and maintain accurate documentation across our operations in the EU and MENA regions. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly detail-oriented, enjoy structured systems, and take pride in maintaining clean, compliant, and accessible records.

In this position, you will ensure that all documents are properly recorded, stored, and easy to retrieve. Your work will support operational efficiency, compliance standards, and internal transparency by keeping documentation accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize digital records, files, and documentation systems
  • Ensure all documents are properly labeled, categorized, and stored
  • Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Apply standardized naming conventions and documentation formats
  • Track document versions, updates, and retention status
  • Retrieve and provide documents for internal teams or audits
  • Identify and correct misfiled or duplicate records
  • Support documentation workflows and process improvements

 

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and file management skills
  • Familiarity with document management or record-keeping systems
  • Ability to follow structured processes and compliance standards
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and digital tools
  • Previous experience in records management or administration is a plus
