We are looking for an

Administrative Customer Assistant (Entry-Level)

to join our remote team and support both customer interactions and administrative operations.

This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a structured, digital environment.

As part of this role, you will assist with handling customer inquiries while also supporting internal administrative processes such as data entry, task tracking, and documentation.

Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and follow processes will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or support systems
  • Provide accurate information about services, processes, or requests
  • Assist with basic issue resolution and escalate complex cases when needed
  • Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and tracking requests
  • Monitor and follow up on open tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain clear and professional communication across all interactions
  • Help keep internal systems organized and up to date
