- As the **Recognition & Partnership Engagement Specialist** , you will drive the implementation of the recognition and partnership strategy, alongside the operational delivery of employee recognition and partnership programmes, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement across the Emirates Group.
- You will collaborate with key stakeholders to design, implement and continuously enhance initiatives that align with the Group’s mission, vision and values, while supporting employee motivation, engagement and retention.
- In this role, you will:
- Drive the development and implementation of recognition and partnership initiatives that align with organisational goals and enhance programme engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support programme effectiveness and long-term partnership value.
- Ensure all recognition and partnership programmes are aligned with HR policies, governance standards and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Collect and analyse programme data, dashboards, insights and stakeholder feedback to measure performance, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, secure and onboard strategic partners that align with recognition and engagement objectives, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing value creation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise programme delivery, effectiveness and adoption through KPIs, metrics and action plans.
- Manage programme budgets, forecasting and financial tracking to ensure effective use of resources and long-term programme sustainability.
- Lead engagement strategies with HR Business Partners, business stakeholders and senior management to assess recognition priorities and organisational needs.
- Design and implement initiatives, campaigns and activations that drive programme awareness, engagement and adoption across the organisation.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of recognition events and campaigns, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, audience engagement and post-event analysis.
Qualification
- To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience managing employee engagement, recognition and/or reward programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate across
- cross-function
- al team.
- You’ll have an edge if you have:
Experience
- designing and implementing employee recognition programmes.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with recognition platforms, dashboards and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience interpreting data, managing KPIs and delivering insights to support programme optimisation.
