• As the **Recognition & Partnership Engagement Specialist** , you will drive the implementation of the recognition and partnership strategy, alongside the operational delivery of employee recognition and partnership programmes, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement across the Emirates Group.
• You will collaborate with key stakeholders to design, implement and continuously enhance initiatives that align with the Group’s mission, vision and values, while supporting employee motivation, engagement and retention.
• In this role, you will:
• Drive the development and implementation of recognition and partnership initiatives that align with organisational goals and enhance programme engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support programme effectiveness and long-term partnership value.
• Ensure all recognition and partnership programmes are aligned with HR policies, governance standards and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Collect and analyse programme data, dashboards, insights and stakeholder feedback to measure performance, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, secure and onboard strategic partners that align with recognition and engagement objectives, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing value creation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise programme delivery, effectiveness and adoption through KPIs, metrics and action plans.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasting and financial tracking to ensure effective use of resources and long-term programme sustainability.
• Lead engagement strategies with HR Business Partners, business stakeholders and senior management to assess recognition priorities and organisational needs.
• Design and implement initiatives, campaigns and activations that drive programme awareness, engagement and adoption across the organisation.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of recognition events and campaigns, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, audience engagement and post-event analysis.

Qualification

• To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience managing employee engagement, recognition and/or reward programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate across
• cross-function
• al team.
• You’ll have an edge if you have:

Experience

• designing and implementing employee recognition programmes.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with recognition platforms, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience interpreting data, managing KPIs and delivering insights to support programme optimisation.
