Overview

• As the
• Recognition & Partnership Engagement Specialist Business Partner (6 Months Temporary Contract)
• , you will drive the implementation of the recognition and partnership strategy, alongside the operational delivery of employee recognition and partnership programmes, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement across the Emirates Group.
• You will collaborate with key stakeholders to design, implement and continuously enhance initiatives that align with the Group s mission, vision and values, while supporting employee motivation, engagement and retention.
• In this role, you will:
• Drive the development and implementation of recognition and partnership initiatives that align with organisational goals and enhance programme engagement.
• Collect and analyse programme data, dashboards, insights and stakeholder feedback to measure performance, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise programme delivery, effectiveness and adoption through KPIs, metrics and action plans.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasting and financial tracking to ensure effective use of resources and long-term programme sustainability.
• Lead engagement strategies with HR Business Partners, business stakeholders and senior management to assess recognition priorities and organisational needs.
• Design and implement initiatives, campaigns and activations that drive programme awareness, engagement and adoption across the organisation.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of recognition events and campaigns, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, audience engagement and post-event analysis.
