Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist (UAE National only) to join our team, based on-site at our clinic in Abu Dhabi.
The Receptionist will manage front desk responsibilities, including welcoming and assisting patients, managing appointment bookings, handling phone calls, and maintaining organized records.
They will represent the clinic professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and supporting administrative functions to facilitate seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as managing schedules and maintaining records
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual capabilities (e.g., English and Arabic) are an advantage
- Prior experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus
