About This Role

Job Purpose:

The Admin cum Receptionist will manage the front desk and provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization. The role requires a full time dedicated resource 5 days working on site.

Key Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and activities.
  • Support HR in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and bookings for staff.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
