The Admin cum Receptionist will manage the front desk and provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization.

Key Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Provide information and assistance to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and activities.
- Support HR in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist with travel arrangements and bookings for staff.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
