- Verify customer details and guide them on basic banking procedures
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist customers with forms and general banking queries
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service operations
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information and bank records
Key Skills Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Administration and Receptionist roles
- Candidates with prior experience in the banking sector are preferred
- Fluency in Tagalog is required
