Position Overview:

CSI Global is hiring a Receptionist – People with Disabilities for its subsidiary Advance Technical Services (ATS) in Riyadh. This role is classified as an administrative office position. The main duties include performing all core reception functions such as welcoming and receiving clients, along with general administrative tasks like answering phone calls, responding to emails and customer inquiries, and other related office duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients, and answer phone calls
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Organize meeting schedules
• Manage the reception area
• Perform general office work
• Assist in maintaining security and order

Required Skills:

• Organizational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in office technologies such as Microsoft Office programs

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma
• Experience: 1–2 years
