Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors professionally and energetically, creating a positive showroom first impression.
• Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Provide customer service, assist with showroom enquiries, and coordinate with sales and other teams.
• Manage appointments, visitor records, meeting room bookings, correspondence, packages, and front-desk activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and provide administrative and operational support.

Qualifications and skills

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar client-facing role is required; automotive or showroom experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
• MS Office proficiency and comfort with telephone, email, and WhatsApp communications are required.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills, a proactive approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
• Immediate joiners will be highly prioritized.

Work schedule

• Work six days per week with one day off.
• The weekly day off is scheduled according to showroom operational requirements.
