Automotive Aftersales Receptionist

Position overview

Work schedule

• Work schedule is six days per week, with one day off.

Customer interaction and appointments

• Meet and greet customers professionally; act as the first point of contact for after-sales inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team.
• Process appointment requests through telephone, email, website, and social media; schedule around workshop capacity and operational requirements.
• Maintain appointment details, follow up on missed appointments, and coordinate rescheduling.

Customer communication and operations

• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and post-service communications through approved channels.
• Coordinate updates about parts availability, service campaigns, and other after-sales activities.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-off and recovery when required, liaise with the workshop and internal departments, and assist with service administration.
• Record customer requests and follow up until completion.

Reporting and administration

• Submit weekly reports on service inquiries, appointments, requested service types, recovery services, and other customer activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records, complete administrative tasks on time, and support management with reports and information.

Qualifications and skills

• Previous reception, customer service, call center, or automotive after-sales support experience in the UAE is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• DMS or automotive CRM familiarity is preferred.
• Organization, time management, multitasking, accuracy, customer focus, professionalism, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure are expected.
