Job Summary
To drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for TÜV SÜD Academy in the UAE by promoting training solutions and expanding the client base.
The role focuses on maintaining competitiveness, identifying new opportunities, and delivering innovative training offerings including local, customized, and international classroom programs.
Responsible for achieving sales targets, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the overall Academy growth strategy.
Your Tasks
- Plan, organize, and drive sales growth for TÜV SÜD Academy training services across the UAE market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for open courses, customized in-company training, and international classroom programs.
- Use strong negotiation skills to offer competitive and value-driven training solutions to clients.
- Take proactive steps to enhance customer satisfaction through tailored proposals and high-quality service delivery.
- **Prospects:**
- Research and identify potential customers across key sectors (Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Government, etc.).
- Understand market needs and training requirements.
- **Customer Engagement:**
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- **Service Presentation:**
- Clearly present TÜV SÜD Academy training portfolio, including technical, safety, sustainability, and digital training programs.
- Offer customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing:**
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Sales Reporting:**
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM (MSD) updates, prepare regular reports, and provide insights on market trends and customer needs.
- **Collaboration:**
- Coordinate with operations, trainers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Participate in internal meetings and product development discussions.
Your Qualification
- Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in training, certification or technical services).
- **Language:**
- English / Arabic is mandatory
- ; Other languages are added value
- **Driving License: Mandatory (UAE)**
Your Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to understand and present technical training solutions
- Customer-focused and result-driven mindset
- Other Training (Advantage): Knowledge or certifications related to ISO standards, sustainability, safety or digital transformation topics is a plus
