We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist for our Weight loss Clinic in Shaikh Zayed Road (Dubai) to provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing appointments and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燝reeting patients and visitors warmly and professionally.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燤anaging patient appointments via phone, email, and in-person scheduling.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燞andling patient registration, maintaining accurate records and updating patient information.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燗nswering inquiries about clinic services and directing calls appropriately.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燙oordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燤aintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燤anaging billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation as needed.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燙alling the Leads and the patients for follow up.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燗ssisting with general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.

Requirements

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燩revious experience as a receptionist in a healthcare or clinic environment is preferred.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燬trong communication and interpersonal skills.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燗bility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燩roficiency in using appointment scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燩rofessional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燗bility to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

鈥⒙犅犅犅犅犅犅犅燩revious experience in follow-up and calling clients
