Salon Receptionist \| Dubai
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing appointments and supporting the daily operations of the salon.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage salon appointments.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Assist with daily administrative and reception duties.
- Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Salon Receptionist or Receptionist is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using booking or POS systems.
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
