Location:** Dubai, UAE
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salon Area Manager to lead the operations of multiple salon branches across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of multiple salon branches.
Lead, mentor, and support salon teams.
Drive revenue growth while achieving sales and operational KPIs.
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and brand standards.
Monitor branch performance, staffing, scheduling, and productivity.
Analyze business reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multi-site salon or retail operations management
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- **Valid UAE driving license is required**
- **Arabic speaker is a strong advantage, but not mandatory**
- UAE experience in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry is preferred
