- Handle client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, quotations, and cost estimations.
- Manage and oversee daily departmental operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
- Develop strategies to improve services and expand the hospitality portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts as required.
- Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality operations, tendering, estimation, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage department functions independently.
