Receptionist cum patient coordinator

This is a full-time Receptionist cum Patient Coordinator role located on-site in Dubai.

The candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls with proper phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, performing receptionist duties, and using medical terminology accurately.

Additionally, the Patient Coordinator will handle various administrative tasks and ensure efficient patient flow within the medical center.

Strong phone etiquette and appointment scheduling skills

in receptionist duties and administrative functions

Should have knowledge in

insurance claims, insurance coverage, co-payments and reimbursement

Proficiency in medical terminology and effective communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Previous experience in a medical setting in Dubai is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus

English language knowledge is a must

Russian, Uzbek, Kazakhistan, Indian or Ukranian candidates will be given preference
