About This Role

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist cum Patient Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service while assisting with patient coordination and treatment inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and patient inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar effectively.
  • Assist patients with registration and payment processes.
  • Coordinate between patients, doctors, and other staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide information about clinic services and promote relevant packages and treatments.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain records accurately.
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying patient needs and recommending suitable services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in clinic is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric approach with a sales-oriented mindset.
