Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Executive who is a native Arabic speaker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field and a strong ability to handle patient interactions with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic professionally

Assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and medical information

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly

Coordinate with internal medical teams when required

Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center within the medical/healthcare field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare
