We are currently looking to hire an experienced receptionist who will be responsible to perform customer service and admin duties at our office based in DIP.
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist cum Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and emails.
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor records.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate courier services, office supplies, and vendor requirements.
- Schedule appointments and support administrative tasks.
- Assist with office events and general office coordination.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
