Receptionist - Cigna Healthcare

Reception and communications

• Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls and provide basic information when needed.
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings and appointments.

Mail, security, and office support

• Maintain records of internal and external mail, deliveries, and couriers; coordinate letter collection and document delivery.
• Receive letters, documents, and faxes and arrange their distribution to the appropriate person or department.
• Monitor the visitors’ logbook and control access so only designated visitors enter the premises.
• Source suppliers when needed and perform filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing.
• Direct office helpers to support employee health and safety on the same floor.
• Cover administration staff during vacations through job rotation and handle other assigned duties or cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Carry out receptionist and clerical duties, including visitor assistance, telephone handling, mail distribution, and appointment scheduling.
