Job description
- Manage daily reception activities, welcome visitors professionally and ensure a smooth and organized front-office experience.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls, respond to general inquiries and coordinate communication with relevant departments.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, maintain accurate visitor registers and ensure visitors are directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain reception records, assist with basic documentation and correspondence, and support day-to-day office administration.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, or office administration, within a corporate environment.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
