The client is a Dubai-based conglomerate working across AI, fintech, healthcare, and other sectors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured discovery calls by phone, video, or face-to-face to uncover business goals, challenges, budgets, decision-making structures, timelines, and existing solutions.
- Build rapport and maintain a professional, approachable environment during discovery calls.
- Assess business maturity, scalability, and fit, then categorize leads into the appropriate business model.
- Coordinate smooth prospect handoffs with Sales teams and provide feedback on recurring patterns, objections, and high-value opportunities.
- Record detailed call notes and keep CRM records and discovery data accurate for lead management and follow-up.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years in inside sales, business development, or client discovery roles.
- Prior experience in venture capital, accelerators, incubators, or investment screening is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication and a consultative, empathetic approach.
- Ability to extract and structure information without sounding interrogative and to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
