Coordinate with other departments for office admin tasks, attendance, greeting and taking care of visitors.

Report to line manager on all the tracking records daily and other tracking records as needed from time to time.

Providing professional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations in alignment with a distinctive and international real estate developer brand.

The receptionist also supports sales, marketing, and management teams with coordination tasks related to clients, brokers, and project documentation.
