Job Summary
The Arabic-Speaking Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service in both Arabic and English.
This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in Arabic and English
- Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and direct visitors appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
