Face Off Fitness is hiring a Sales cum Receptionist to represent the gym and create a welcoming member experience.
The role combines front-desk administration, customer service, membership sales, renewals, and lead conversion.
Front Desk and Customer Experience
- Greet members and guests with high energy and professionalism.
- Manage check-in and keep member data up to date in the gym system.
- Handle phone inquiries, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and lounge area.
Sales and Lead Generation
- Conduct gym tours for prospective members and close membership sales.
- Follow up with leads and missed guests through calls and messaging.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and renewal KPIs.
- Promote personal training packages and supplement sales.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, reception, or customer service.
- Fitness or gym industry experience in the UAE is a major plus.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
- Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog language ability is a strong advantage.
- Applicants should be confident, persuasive, physically fit, and professional.
- Applicants must be comfortable using gym management software, POS systems, and WhatsApp Business.
- Flexible availability is required for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Employment and Pay
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 2,750 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
