Face Off Gym is hiring a customer-focused Receptionist and Sales Executive.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors in a friendly manner.
- Handle reception, phone calls, and customer enquiries.
- Explain membership plans and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with leads and prospective members.
- Assist with membership registration and renewals.
- Maintain accurate member records and daily reports.
- Support excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in fitness and sales.
- Previous reception, customer-service, or sales experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- English is required; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
