This is a full-time Real Estate Broker role based in Dubai.
The Real Estate Broker will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating terms for buying, selling, and renting real estate.
Responsibilities
include maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the local property market, advising clients on pricing and investment opportunities, and preparing or reviewing necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market and related regulations.
- Experience working with Real Property, including residential and/or commercial assets, valuations, and transaction processes.
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals ethically and effectively.
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, online property portals, and basic digital marketing practices for property promotion.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation preferred.
- Previous real estate experience in Dubai and relevant certifications or licenses are highly desirable.
