Are You a Dubai Real Estate Closer Ready for an International Product?

We are seeking a highly accomplished, results-driven Sales Professionals

to lead the promotion and sale of prime investment properties in

This unique role is based entirely out of our professional office in

Business Bay, Dubai

We require a professional "closer" who can expertly leverage a strong broker network and manage high-net-worth direct clients.

What We Require (Non-Negotiable)

  • We are only considering candidates who meet the following strict criteria:
  • **Dubai Brokerage Expert:**

Minimum

2 years

of proven, high-performance sales experience within the

Dubai Developer’s

  • market.
  • **Bilingual Fluency:**
  • Absolute fluency (written and spoken) in both

Arabic, Chinese, Russian

and

English

  • is essential for market communication.
  • **Performance:**
  • A demonstrable track record as a successful

Sales Closer

  • , consistently exceeding demanding targets.
  • **Focus:**
  • A natural ability to build and monetize strong relationships with real estate
  • brokers
  • across the UAE.

Your Core Mission

You will drive revenue through two critical channels:

Broker Network Management (B2B)

  • Identify, onboard, and train top-performing brokerage firms in Dubai.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and workshops on the Georgian product portfolio.
  • Drive significant sales volume through channel partners.

Direct Sales & Closing

  • Manage and close high-value leads from initial inquiry to final contract.
  • Serve as the market expert, advising clients on investment returns and legal compliance.

Significant Advantage

  • Previous experience selling
  • Georgian properties
  • or other international emerging market investments.

Compensation Structure
