Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client records, and real estate databases.
  • Prepare, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, developers, and legal teams to facilitate property transactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate commission records and calculations.
  • Prepare invoices, monitor billing, and ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Conduct payment follow-ups and track outstanding receivables.
  • Monitor transaction progress to ensure timely completion of all processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, commissions, and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate administration is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate procedures and documentation.
  • Well Versed with government portals including

DLD, Trakheesi, RERA, Dubai REST

  • , etc.
  • Experience in invoice preparation, payment tracking, and commission management.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams and management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
