Real Estate Sales Manager
About This Role
Addcon Real Estate Brokers LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. We are looking for a leader who can drive sales, mentor a team of agents, and expand our market presence in the UAE.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base.
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring high-quality client service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to sharpen the team's negotiation and closing skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage, recruit, and inspire a sales team.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations.
- Drive: A proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
