- Minimum 3 years of active experience in Dubai real estate
- Strong existing network with developers and industry stakeholders
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong plus
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Should own a laptop
- Exceptionally well-presented with strong professional acumen
