- **Cross-Department Supervision:** Lead the sales team while actively syncing with listing and marketing departments to maximize revenue.
- **Lead Conversion Management:** Supervise inbound lead distribution, track agent follow-ups, and optimize conversion rates in the CRM.
- **Listing & Presentation Quality:** Ensure the sales team utilizes property listings effectively and presents new projects professionally to clients.
- **Market & Project Expertise:** Maintain absolute knowledge of all new off-plan launches, developer payment plans, and market trends to coach the team.
- **Hands-on Sales Leadership:** Act as a working supervisor who steps in to help agents close deals, handle VIP clients, and resolve objections.
- equirements & Qualifications
- **Industry Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of successful real estate sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated history of hitting sales targets and closing deals in both secondary and off-plan markets.
- **Lead & CRM Mastery:** Deep expertise in managing sales pipelines within real estate CRMs .
- **Leadership Style:** A hands-on mentor with exceptional negotiation, communication, and team-motivating skills who knows the sales process inside out.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
