- Communicate with property owners to keep up-to-date with available properties for sale or leasing.
- Work closely with the sales and leasing team to ensure property details, such as photos and descriptions, are accurate and shared with potential clients.
- Organize property viewings for sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners by understanding their needs and offering accordingly.
- Assist owners in negotiating sales and lease terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clients effectively and negotiate agreements.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in interactions with both clients and colleagues.
- Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience
- Listing Agent - Realestate: 2 years (Preferred)
