Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in Abu Dhabi’s competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
✔ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
✔ Monitor team performance and provide training & guidance
✔ Generate new business opportunities and partnerships
✔ Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
✔ Track market trends and competitor activities
✔ Ensure excellent customer service and successful deal closures
✔ Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage targets and sales performance
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market
