Burney Real Estate LLC seeks an experienced, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive property sales, and support company growth in Dubai.
The role covers off-plan and secondary property markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team; set strategies to increase revenue.
- Train and guide property consultants and drive off-plan and secondary property sales.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, property owners, and developers.
- Monitor performance, leads, listings, and deal closures; support negotiations and closing.
- Identify business opportunities and hold team meetings, reporting performance to management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Dubai's real estate industry.
- Prior Real Estate Sales Manager or Team Leader experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property, including off-plan and secondary sales, and real estate sales processes.
- Ability to lead a team, achieve targets, and work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
Compensation
- Full-time role with salary of AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
- Additional commission or incentives may apply under the company's compensation plan.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Business Bay, Dubai.
