Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential clients and handle company marketing leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and investors; understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Present properties, follow up with clients, and work toward closing transactions and individual and team targets.
• Stay updated on Dubai property trends and new launches and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build a personal brand through social media and real estate content; participate in property tours, events, launches, and networking.

Candidate profile

• Freshers may apply without prior real estate experience; experienced Dubai real estate candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in off-plan or secondary sales, developer relationships, a client database, negotiation, and a proven sales record are advantages.
• Candidates should be comfortable speaking with clients, making calls and follow-ups, and working in sales and negotiation.
• Candidates should be comfortable creating real estate content, appearing in videos, and using social media professionally.
• The employer seeks ambition, discipline, willingness to learn, and consistent effort.

Compensation

• The position is commission-only, with no fixed monthly salary.
• The company provides an AED 500 monthly travel allowance.

Training and support

• Freshers receive training in Dubai real estate, off-plan and secondary markets, properties and projects, sales, negotiation, client handling, lead conversion, CRM, and closing.
• The company provides ongoing training, marketing and lead-generation support, mentorship, project and developer access, and career growth opportunities.
