The employer seeks candidates with real estate sales experience, communication skills, client relationship abilities, and deal-closing capability.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads and business opportunities; build and maintain client relationships.
- Understand property requirements and recommend suitable properties; conduct viewings and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process; achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on potential leads.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of real estate sales experience; candidates below this threshold will not be considered.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Arabic is an advantage; knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
