Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primer.
• Apply emulsion, enamel, texture paint, and other coatings as required.
• Ensure smooth, neat, high-quality finishes; mix and match paint colors accurately.
• Carry out touch-up and repainting work.
• Protect furniture, flooring, fixtures, and other areas before painting.
• Identify and report wall cracks, dampness, peeling paint, and other surface issues.
• Keep the worksite clean and safe; use painting tools, equipment, and materials correctly.
• Complete assigned work on time and follow supervisor and maintenance-team instructions.

Requirements

• Previous painter experience; building or property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques.
• Able to prepare surfaces and deliver professional finishes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and quality.
• Able to handle multiple maintenance tasks when required.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Relevant skills

• Interior and exterior painting; surface preparation; wall repair and touch-up.
• Paint mixing and color matching; texture painting; property maintenance.
• Finishing quality; safety and cleanliness.
