Work Arrangement

• The position is full-time and in-office in Arjan, Dubai.
• The role offers flexible duty hours within a results-driven structure.

Compensation

• The role is strictly commission-based with no basic salary.
• The employer advertises a competitive 50% to 60% commission split on closed transactions.

Support and Resources

• The employer provides UAE residence visa, RERA Broker Card, administrative support, and deal progression support.
• The role includes access to private listings, below-market deals, property portals, and marketing assets.
• Direct mentorship and hands-on training are provided.

Requirements

• Candidates should have a polished, articulate, and professional presence.
• High ambition, strong business ethics, and eagerness to learn are required.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous Dubai real estate experience is a plus, while motivated fresh sales talent is welcome.
• A UAE driving licence and personal car are preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Represent the agency across secondary-market deals and off-plan developments in Dubai.
• Build and manage buyer and investor relationships.
• Close real estate transactions.
• Use property portals and marketing assets for lead generation and property promotion.
• Progress deals with support from the legal and back-office team.
