Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Riyadh, KSA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement.

Experience in real estate is preferred; however, candidates with proven success in banking, financial services, insurance, investment advisory, or other consultative sales environments are encouraged to apply.

This role involves promoting and selling international real estate investment opportunities, understanding client needs, building long-term relationships, and successfully closing deals while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client consultation to successful deal closure.
  • Present and promote international real estate investment opportunities to prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners.
  • Conduct negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in Real Estate, Property Investment, Insurance, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to generate business through personal networks, referrals, and relationship-building.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Real estate sales experience is highly preferred.
