As demand from Chinese‑speaking buyers and investors continues to rise, we are seeking a talented **Real Estate Sales Agent – Mandarin & English** to deliver a seamless, culturally aligned experience to clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and other Mandarin‑speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
- Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community overviews in Mandarin and English
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide clear guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and Abu Dhabi market trends
- Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and professionalism
Requirements
- Fluency in **Mandarin Chinese** and **English** (spoken and written)
- Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
